Aside from Honors and the cesspool that are Barrister's underpants.

First of all, I know little about computers. I was just browsing the WC and clicked on one of the threads. The page loaded briefly and then my PC downloaded a file on its own and the Rivals page changed to what appeared to be a page for Flash telling me that my Flash may be "out of date". The file that downloaded was flash.exe or something like that. Chrome threw another message at me telling me that it's not common for that to happen and it gave me the option to discard the file. Is this a Rivals thing (bad script, etc.) or is this something on my PC?

I don't know what it is, but it just happened to me too. It just started downloading on its own and I got the same message from chrome do I discarded the file. Be careful everyone.

I recommend installing Ad Blocker if you haven't. It helps with some of the malware/issues that get spread through ads. I'm not sure what this issue could be, haven't seen it.

If you want to risk having an out-of-date flash, that's on you.
Getting my flash up to date has turned out to be the highlight of this miserable week for me, as some hacker has wiped out my savings and checking accounts. At least I don't have to worry about flash not playing on my browser. I recommend you upgrade too.

I just got the pop-up myself. I have Norton installed and it removed it immediately.
