...will be the continued presence of Donald Trump throughout the next four years.

We all know Trump isn't going away quietly. He'll hint (or outright declare) he's running for President again in 2024. Not only will this prevent potential GOP presidential candidates from stepping forward and gaining momentum over the next four years, it will put the GOP leaders in Congress in a genuine pickle.

How can Republicans present themselves as the responsible voice of the minority with Trump's batshit craziness as a constant reminder of what they silently stomached the past four years? In addition, Trump's presence will actually help Biden keep the Democrat party's more progressive members in line. If they try pushing their more liberal agenda then Trump will be tweeting SOCIALISTS! and Biden will have widespread public support to resist it and continue to be viewed as the responsible, 'moderate in the middle.'

With Trump on Twitter -- and his willing media sycophants in the media mirroring his agenda -- it will serve as a constant megaphone sucking up all the oxygen. Ironically, all of Trump's shenanigans will take a lot of pressure off President Biden and his new government. Joe and Kamila will be free to operate a responsible, middle-of-the-road government with a divided Congress --- and thanks to Trump's voice still ringing in everybody's ears, he'll be applauded for it by the majority of the American People.

Imagine two 80 year old dementia ridden morons running for POTUS in 2024. One of them the largest joke in the modern world, the other a 50 year career politician.

WTF america.

Reactions: Happy Hands
Biden's biggest advantage is his handlers are good at handling him. If he resist being handled at some point, they will 25th him and install Harris. Odds are he doesn't serve long enough to really be known as a bad prez. He already tried to kick the bucket once (broke a foot.)

can somebody translate this for normal people?
He's saying that Trump being the focus of the media will assist Biden/Harris in passing extremely unpopular executive orders and legislation because they will have an excuse for not reporting on it.

The left needs Trump to continue being the center of attention because the majority of Americans don't like democrat policies.

His biggest advantage is he isn't Trump.
A lot of people didn't want Biden, but they were tired of Trump and his assholes.
