During Monday's press conference, Joseph Puopolo was asked about the increased run production during last Saturday's 52-7 loss at Cincinnati.

Although it didn't really translate to the scoreboard, the Knights did rush for a season-high 212 yards. C.J. Jones ran for 125 of those yards, the most by any player this season.

"I think it was the basics that we stuck to towards the end of the game when we were moving the ball," Puopolo said. "We went back to stuff that we did a while ago, stuff we didn't even practice this week. We went back to what we were running when I first got here. I really think we just took that out of our arsenal and we're really picking up on, what we should have been running all season. We never really go against the coaches' game plan. This is what we came in knowing how to run. This is what we learned to run. That's why we ran it really well because that's what we started off learning."
