If you are in the Cabana, can you exit and visit fans in Sections 227 or 229 without going up and down the stairs or elevator?

I'm sorry I don't have the answer to your question but as a general admission person I don't like how they cut off access of walking all the way around the stadium by the top walkway.

Yes. You can go in and out, anywhere that you want. Those not in the club have to walk around.
