Given GOLs comments I thought I would ask some questions.I would like to hear from UCF staff if any are on here:
1. What specific marketing strategy is being used to capture more ticket sales. Are there multiple strategies.
2. Are there business outreach programs to sell tickets.
3. We aren't converting young alumni very well. We struggle getting to 40k. Anyone have ideas to improve this?
4. Thoughts on a fill the bowl promotion. Why not get started now and hit the pavement hard until september?
I guess I am thinking we could do more here. I haven't seen anything ground breaking or innovative. Where is the grass roots campaign to get to 25k season ticket holders. We did a lot of this to build the stadium yet how do we fill it?
