1. Shut down their passing game (the one big pass at end of half was almost half their yardage)
2. Five outrageous sacks (and negative run stuffs) after two games and a season with no rush
3. Wilson played his heart out, fighting for yards that weren't there when we needed them (including those 4th downs, which we lead the nation on)
4. A real leader at QB with the "it factor"
5. Smith made one insane catch after another
6. OLine continuing to play better
I'm sure it was a great game for the TV and streaming audience with all those lead changes. Plenty of spectacular plays for fans of both sides to cheer.

And I thought we played great. QB did much better than I thought, but yeah, those fumbles lost of the game. But no interceptions, so that's good. I think you can correct ball handling. With Frost? Yeah. Remember, this was his first game. It's a real bummer cause I really thought we would take it in OT..

If you don't like it, there are plenty of teams you can support. Like nobody is mentioning all the 5 yard procedure penalties because starters were used to Holman's and Patti's snap counts, rhythms, handoffs, and read option decisions. Same with most of the fumbles. Duh! Even this week of practice, Patti was splitting the practice time.

We played OK. We had megga penalties (so there's no way you can say great). Fumbling that much even from a freshman is not great. Defense did great until they got tired.
