12 years of coaching, a rebuild phase every other year. Put together a 3 years of winning seasons, followed by something even worse than a rebuilding year. 12 years. Im not apologizing for wanting a change, history kind of dictates the need for change, and the sooner there better. Sure...bad fans, bad players.... whatever.
