Where do we stand in the process? Have we crossed over to a team that should expect no less than 8-9+ wins a season and consider anything less a down year? Championship caliber teams are constantly reloading talent vs. rebuilding (Top 10-20 teams) as 21-25 is a revolving door. We have had a ton of turnover over the past few years in our program but have managed to stay successful. Going into 2022 It looks like we have a very solid 2 deep across the board outside of LB and it seems we have gotten over the hump of going 10-3 followed by 4-8.
