UCF Football coordinators Ted Roof and Tim Harris, Jr met with the media Sunday night to discuss the latest UCF loss, their first straight, against BYU. Offensively, the Knights struggled to get a consistent rhythm, at least until QB Dylan Rizk entered the game. On defense, missed tackles and a back-breaking TD before halftime were too much to overcome.
