"Lots of touches" is right. Get this kid the damn ball! UCF has 3 recruits in the Orlando Sentinel Florida top 100 which is very good. Number 14, 57 and 68 I believe. Who says we aren't or can't recruit in Florida. Getting a player that is ranked #14 on this list is truly an amazing get and is usually one of the very best recruits in the country.

As with every recruit, Payton still has to go out on the field and live up to whatever hype he's received. I'll give him this, though: He has impressive credentials and he is certainly a player we have to go after.
