Road Trip Planning: UCF at Stetson in Deland: Wed, Dec 2nd at 8 pm

Never ever too early to plan a road trip to Deland.

WARNING (as some found out on the last trip up there), Stetson had like only 1 or 2 tix windows open before the game...as those who bought tix in advance (think many UCF fans did), were able to walk right in (especially grab the General Admission seats behind team bench) while others had long waits.

Some very cool bars/restaurants in Downtown Deland near Stetson...where UCF fans would basically takeover prior to the games in the past.

NOTE: Be prepared for lots of rush hour traffic on I-4 (heck, just getting to I-4 for some between 5 - 6 pm is not easy) so it will probably take longer to get to Deland than normal.

Ask any UCF Fan that has ever been to a game at Stetson (and takeover of Deland bars/restaurants), its a BLAST! (With 8 pm tip...leaves more time to hang out at all the cool downtown bars/restaurants pre game)

It was awesome...as I think that was his first college dunk (he obviously didn't have the "ups" like his Dad).

Stetson has a beautifully landscaped campus. One of the nicest that I have ever seen.
