So I emailed the folks who run the Anderson & Hester and Colley Matrix rankings.

UCF is currently 2nd in both rankings, Georgia is 1st. Finishing 1st allows a legitimate claim at a National Championship.

I was asking where would UCF finish with a Bama victory. Anderson & Hester said they won't rerun until the game is over but the Colley Matrix guys responded with a hypothetical results simulator.
