Rules of "Dead Period" For Recruiting?

Can someone put down the rules of the "Dead Period" for recruiting?

I've gotten bits and pieces based on what other's have said, but I'm not sure I have the whole picture yet.

• no in-person recruiting on-campus
• no in-person recruiting off-campus
• electronic (Twitter, e-mail, etc.) or written communication (offer/interest letters) only
• one phone call to recruits per week is allowed
• coaches are allowed to make verbal and written offers
