Rush the field **if** we miraculously beat Furman

Here we go again. The UCF radical extremists out in full force

Can you elaborate on your plan and how this is gonna get GOL fired?

Absolutely. Right now the general perception around the country is GOL is a good coach and "look what he's done at UCF, they won the Fiesta Bowl!". Nevermind that even the Fiesta Bowl year he didn't really have a game plan to win key games. We only won because we had to squeak out miracle plays by our super talented guys.

Additionally, through GOL's tenure, we've been mediocre at best. Some good years, some bad, but with an overall record barely over .500, we're really no better off than before he arrived. This has been basically an 11-year lateral move.

Just perhaps if our fans do something ridiculous like rush the field after beating Furman, members of the press, the UCF BOT, even the casual fan, will start to think, "hmm, why would a school that has won the Fiesta Bowl rush the field against a team that should beat". Then they start researching and realize how many teams we were "supposed to beat" that GOL has lost to, and how pathetically few games we were "supposed to lose" that we won.

Maybe, just maybe, we can finally get word out and rise up to get this dolt fired.

George gets a pay raise for every game fans rush the field. The AD added it to his contract.

lol, rush the field....you do realize that most of the off-duty SCSO and Oviedo police in that stadium are frothing at the mouth waiting for some dumbass to try jumping down so they can tackle and pepperspray them?

During Bortles last season the cops lined up in the end zone at the end of the game to make sure no one tried it.

UCF's rule and law enforcement is second only to marshal law.

Just let Monty do it, then as the above poster said we can just laugh at him while the cops beat him to a pulp and pepperspray him until he vomits.

Who ever designed BHNS made it rush proof. Next time you're there look over the fencing down along the ground and there is a six inch concrete lip that goes all around the stadium like a parking curb. Good luck jumping fifteen feet and hitting that lip.

Seriously, we need to get the word out to do this. Maybe then people would start looking into GOL and how truly pathetic and frankly lucky his time at UCF has been.

It might be our only win. Seriously, let's do this.
that might be a good estimate of our win total..might get 3-4 wins

My guess is that someone named "stormthecourt" has thoroughly evaluated the situation. I trust you.

You do realize that every time you post stuff like this, you prove Mike Bianchi right about UCF fans like you?

Just saw the GOL presser where he is praising Furman for how solid a team they are. Not even GOL thinks we can win this game.

You obviously were still in grade school before GOL got here because this has to be one of the most ignorant statements ever made on this message board. And that is saying something.

Probably will spend more time pulling yours out of your own larynx.

Bianchi the gaytor fan?

Whether he is a Gator fan or not is irrelevant. You're in the minority for a reason. Few people are delusional enough to look at O'Leary's record and conclude that he should be fired. Bianchi (and Marc Daniels, too, I might add) have both pointed out why that thinking is ridiculous. Daniels stated the other day why throwing a freshman quarterback out there and expecting him to run an offense the same way as a veteran was unrealistic. The playbook had to simplified in that situation. As the season goes on, Schneider and Harris will get better, but neither of them was likely to be as good as Holman in one game due to the difference in playing experience. Don't try to convince me that you know better than Marc Daniels, who has followed the UCF program as closely as anyone for however many years he's been here (17? 18? Someone give me an exact number).

In the FIU game I watched we had our junior star qb in all game. I'm not mad about losing to Stanford. I think play calling was atrocious, but I didn't expect to win, especially with a freshman qb. Get your head out of your butt.

I don't think expecting your $2 million per year coach to beat FIU is unreasonable. Have a little more respect for your student athletes than that.

YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE IDIOT CMONT...

Without the two years Bortles started GOL is only 59-63. So yeah in a way he is just a .500 coach.

Why would you take Bortles out of the equation? Did he magically become a quality QB? Maybe by osmosis? Coaching had nothing to do with it eh? The secondary and receivers and o-line also had nothing to do with it and all those players magically became good players by themselves did they? Wow. Glad we have magic juice in Orlando or we would really suck.

You are right it is not unreasonable. Crying like a baby and calling for the coach's resignation is. You can be mad, but to be a complete moron is inexcusable.

He had over 10 years with different players to achieve the same as he did with two years of Bortles. What does that say about GOLs ability to identify and coach up recruits?

What?? This makes absolutely no sense?

Using C-MontCityKnight2 logic, P5 Louisville is in danger of having to shut down it's football program since they lost to "lowly" G5 Houston.

I think he is just an attention seeking troll. No reasonable person would have such extreme hatred of GOL as coach.

I don't know, but his act is getting old. He needs to climb back under the rock from which he came.

Gol has sent the hardliners out to destroy all dissident voices. There's nothing wrong in ucf land...nothing to see here.
