IOC just decided this AM to NOT ban the entire Russian Olympic Team from this year's Olympics...so all of their teams will be in this year's Olympics except their Track & Field Program.

Sadly, one of the Russian Track & Field Athlete Whistle Blowers who was going to be allowed to participate in this year's Olympics as an Independent will now not be allowed to do that.
