There's a lot of propaganda there but there is some truth in that article as well. We have been disarming for years unilaterally hoping that Russia will play the game with us.

I watch RT every morning. I got addicted to it in Europe. Often times it's the only English language channel on hotel TVs. It's usually comedy, but every once in a awhile they report something pretty big that isn't covered in the USA. After a little digging on the net, you can confirm it happened like the Soviets reported it.
