Carnival turns to horror, That is just horrific. really sad, I wish no one got hurt, but last I heard 20 dead, many injured.

That country is a hell hole and simply wouldnt exist if it werent for all the aid. Honestly, the aid should be cut so that it can actually die and a better country rise out of its ashes.
