Take the time to watch this and explain to me how the deep state conspiracy isn't somewhat reasonable. An FBI agent who has no expertise in campaign issues and whose wife works for the company that produced the Steele dossier takes it upon himself to go against FBI protocol and contact someone who the agency had banned contact with. His subordinates forged documents to take to the FISA court so that they could spy on the Trump campaign.

The left is in total denial, and the US Media tries to 'define' what the 'Deep State' is to the point it is a joke.

But the actual concept of a 'Deep State' is very much a reality. It's the establishment -- both parties because, remember, the Republicans originally funded the Steele dossier (then Clinton after they dropped it), and McCain continually lied about his role in the FISA courts -- trying to keep outsiders out of DC. Until Trump was elected President, he was an outsider, and not an establishment politician ... yet. The same can be said about AOC, although not so much Omar -- although I haven't seen anyone using the system by, of and for itself to keep AOC out.

And here's the 'big deal' ... the FISA courts have been an issue for virtually 40 years. You, I and our neighbor have no insight into them. Trump? He won. Guess what, they f'd up ... pretty badly, because Trump won. So everyone needs to take off their party alignment hats, and recognize that the DC establishment, mainly left, but quite a few on the right, were behind this non-sense, and it was utterly wrong. And it's everything that is wrong with the FISA courts. Because although it wasn't the court itself that did anything wrong ...

The people who definitely brought the 'facts' and 'submissions' to the courts very much were totally wrong, let alone completely biased and had various conflicts-of-interest. I have so many issues with Trump, but on this one aspect ... he's freak'n dead-on. And I didn't believe it before ... until the truth came out about McCain, and now the details of how easily the FISA Courts -- even if they are as close to completely impartial as they can -- can be utterly abused, with no accountability whatsoever. So freaking tired of the DC apologists and the left that is defending this crap.

It's time to reduce the size of DC, so there is less power. People keep missing that point, let alone recognizing it's the same entity that can declare war. How many charities can send the US into foreign wars?
