I wouldn't think it too bizarre to see him take any Fl. G5 school job, usf included. Get back to Florida recruiting hotbed, and never underestimate egos of players or coaches. It may be a complete mess, "But I could turn it around." Ego really worries about reality.

I read something in SI where they thought Clemson would be a good place to land as an OC and where he could learn what's it like to build a culture .

I bet you he actually enjoyed his time here and when the dust settles he will look back at his UCF days with some fondness . It was the truly the last time he was likely happy in a job.

I could see Frost taking a position coach job in the NFL next year (2023), or even reuniting with Chip Kelly on his staff at UCLA as an offensive assistant (assuming Kelly is still there). Those two moves make some sense to me.

I can see Frost doing a couple of things:
a) Reuniting with Chip at UCLA as OC.
b) Heading to Nick Saban's School for Coaches Who Want to Coach Better. Guaranteed Results!
c) Enrolling in Dabo Sweeny's Coaching School as he needs a QB Coach and assistance with playcalling by committee.
d) Joining Jimbo at TAMU as he needs a play caller and between the 2 of them, Jimbo can blame him.

I don't think we will see Frost leading a team again for at least 2-4 seasons. He has the ability to do it, he just has things he needs to work on before he tries to overhaul a team with sky high expectations.
