ESPN.com's Andrea Adelson joins the Sons for an interview to discuss her recent profile on new (old?) UCF Knights coach Scott Frost.

Adelson recounts how the once heralded coach returns to Orlando after five tough seasons at Nebraska, which saw his stock as a head coach take a dramatic hit.

She also shares some insight into his thoughts on the Nebraska years, why he is different now, and how he almost returned to UCF years earlier.
