They learned nothing from cigarette taxes. Nothing.

Sugar is the hardest drug to quit. So by driving up the price, they do nothing but stuff the pockets of the municipality (which will use it on some other mundane campaign). It does nothing to curb consumption.

I'm waiting for fruit drinks, not just the 3-10% juice ones, but even the 100% juice 'from concentrate.'
