Assuming GOL retires at the end of year, should the staff still recruit , or back off for the next guy to take over? I firmly believe a recruit commits to the program. Way too much emphasis is placed on the coaching staff. If that's the case, the answer is yes, the current staff should continue to recruit diligently.
