I think since Yormark is coming from the Entertainment and Professional Sports World (NASCAR and thr NBA), it woukd be interesting if he puts mandatory "requirements" on all members to invest a percentage of their overall program (conf $$, ticket sales, donations, etc...), that have to be used to use funds regularly to impr9ve the 2 most important programs to their future TV/MEDIA Deal: Football.and Men's Basketball.
I wouldn't mind if a program gets placed on Conf probation if they fail the above and if after 2-3 years of no improvement, the Commish and their members can expel said program.
