SC is a shitty poster. He always talks bad about UCF on Rivals Soundoff board. He agrees with UF and FSU criticism of UCF that we are commuter school and most of our student are fans of the "big 3." He needs to be muzzled.

Your last 10 or so posts have gotten better. But the next time I see saying UCF students are UF and FSU fans or UCF was a commuter school just a few years ago, I'm posting that here.

You really are a brick wall. Everything in that post is correct and none of it is critical, it is our history. A history I am proud of. UCF was historically a commuter school. I was there. I think we had 15,000 students and dorms for like 1500. Nobody lived on campus, and that is that view that many Floridians still have of UCF. It changed around the turn of the century. I have never posted that UCF students are fans of UF or FSU. But guess what? There was a time when that was correct statement. There was a time when very few people on campus wore UCF shirts, and there were far more Gator and Seminole fans at the school than Knight fans. There was a time where I would berate my own classmates for having a UM sweatshirt on while they attended UCF classes. There is a reason that some idiot UF and FSU fans still cling to that stupid belief, because there was a time when it was an accurate statement.
That is your history. Don't ignore it; embrace it. It is part of UCF's identity. It is part of what makes being a true UCF fan a special thing. So many fans on this board have no real concept of what UCF was 20 years ago, and that is a good thing. It means that the program is progressing. But pretending to be something that you are not is just stupid. Not knowing or ignoring the history of your school is not being a realist. Being bias for the sake of stubbornness is part of what makes your posts on the JV board so embarrassing.

When somebody says that UCF is a commuter school you know they know your history. don't try to ignore it. If you do you will lose any shred of credibility you once had.

Look 90% + never went to college. UCF has been a hot topic on Rivals MB and JV boards for over 5 yeas thanks to SAD*. They just regurgitate. What they hear. The only thing they knew is what ole timer UF and FSU thought UCF was. I try to get them to talk about the positive things about UCF even if it's our urninals, tiki bar and free beer. Now in almost every UCF thread these positive things get brought up. There is no reason to bring up negative parts of our past or address them if they are brought up as an attack.
Tldr: JV posters are dumb. Keep it positive about UCF.
