I was thinking about next year already.. since this year was ....

So many people commented about our early season schedule, about who we played. So I got to thinking how other big time conferences have early games with other conferences. I can't remember what they call them. But it's like the BIG10 challenges the BIG12 and the ACC challenges the SEC. They play those games in early November it seems.
I was wondering if the AAC should challenge the Big East in basketball early in the season also. I am sure there is some bad blood between many members still?
What do you think?
It sure would make the start of basketball season more interesting for us. Imagine looking forward to playing Georgetown, etc. at the start of the season and wanting to establish bragging rights right away....
