So how long does before Justin Holman returns from his injury and as starter

Seriously though, why wasn't he the backup against FIU? He should still be getting reps so that he can step in if Milton gets hurt.

Don't worry. We have Pete. He takes a time out, then stands looking at the bench, and still gets a delay of game. But he's great running the Wild Knight. Some guys are better on the practice field I guess.

Interesting dilemma for a new head coach. I'm all for keeping MM in as starting QB. I'm impressed with his play. JH, well, its nice to have a senior QB for a backup. Until MM slips up, then keep playing him. What Scott Frost decides may be different. He was asked in the press conf. He responded in coachspeak with no definitive answer. Which is probably a good thing to disguise what QB will play the next game. Go Knights.

No pressure on Milton for sure. Justin backup at best but he has Patti to beat out now
since Frost liked the way Patti ran the team in the 2nd half last week.

Holman was just starting to get the offense. He should start vs Tulane.

We're rolling with mckenzie, unless he gets hurt.....period. There is no need to watch Justin continue to struggle and learn the new offense, only to have to start from scratch again next year. Roll with the future. I feel bad for holman. He has been in the right place at the wrong time. Coaching change, three different OC's and two completely different offenses, plus a slew of injuries. In the end, he's learned invaluable lessons for life and hopefully gets a degree he can do something with.

That door has closed and Milton has been giving the keys to the kingdom. No way to put him back in the cage now.

Wait, this is even a discussion?
We didn't burn Milton's redshirt to not play him. Why is that so hard to understand?

I hear he's returning the day after never
He might as well move to TE.

all your credibility is gone if you still think Holman is the better option than Milton

even the run game w the RBs gets effected by his tentativeness in the pocket

Bad performance. Sure I think Milton is better at this point. Justin is more deserving

Just came on here to say "too early" to the original question. Yet I'm shocked that anyone thinks Holman played well this game. Man his play was ugly. and I'm a big supporter of his, but was yelling for anyone but him during ecu game. You have to admit he missed more than he hit.

Holman was never as bad as he's looked this season. Either he's regressed a lot, or he just doesn't fit in this offense. Probably the latter. He doesn't look comfortable. I'm sure Milton will start again as soon as he's healthy.
