So if one "gives" O'Leary a "pass" for this year to rebuild, what are

I expect the first 4-5 games to show massive improvement over 2015. Just like when we played South Carolina in 2005, even the Bottom 10 writer took us off his list.

I didn't care for Key before the season started. Heck, the whole coordinator issue was a big problem before Key was named.
I agree. I could see massive improvement IF...we get better at the OC/Play calling, blocking.

I expect him to go from 0-12 this year to 4-8 next year showing improvement. It's the effort that counts.

You mean like like 2004 and 2005? Oh wait ... that was 0-11 and 8-5. My bad.

Seriously ... can we let the coaches actually go 0-12 and start 1-3 or 0-4 next year before we actually fire them?

That sounds like a terrible idea. Are you trying to destroy the program?

So ... fire GoL now? End of season?
Or just Key now, and GoL at the end of the season?

Please do tell ... what is the "best" for the program here?

At least 2-2 OOC. At least 6-2 in conference play. We'll lose to michigan. We've got a nice opportunity with maryland at home. Holman will be a senior and should be peaking.

No. Southern Miss still hasn't recovered from their winless season. It's a program changer.

For him to resign as AD immediately and announce that this will be his last year so that we can get a head start on the coaching search.

Frankly and probably insanely, I was hoping for an official announcement, Tuesday, from UCF of immediate interviews for the new AD to be hired within the next few weeks. 1 job for O'Leary, either AD or head coach, end of the interim AD. And really, who wouldn't want to come here- all the pluses everyone knows, plus the opportunity to re-form a university's football team by forcing changes in staff. Get some ex-P 5 guy who wants to work his way back and has the "name" and power to force changes.

Everyone repeat after me- "Not going to happen."
