What?

That article is so incredibly biased. It says she wasn't fired for saying she refusing to hide numbers followed by describing exactly how she was asked to hide numbers, "until they could be verified by official sources."

You know, the same "official sources" that less than a week earlier got caught lying about death numbers and then had to silence county coroners.

Im sure than Florida has just found the secret cure to Covid where they can have 20,000 more cases than Indiana and Ohio and yet only 200 more deaths.

Or, maybe the fact that the state government trying to be the lone source for info in a state that desperately needs to look good for tourism money and is firing anyone who gets in their way is a sign that they might actually be doing what they are accused of.

How can the numbers from the counties be higher than the numbers from the state? That was back when the counties were allowed to report they fixed that little problem when the news papers started writing about it.

Florida needs the numbers to look good more than they need them to actually be good.

Exactly...the dashboard thing was a big phoney story. Florida has cracked down on bogus covid deaths sorry to warn you. Other states were counting car accident victims if they also had covid. Or cancer patients that had covid.

The gig is up. New York and other areas were a big fat failure due to them releasing covid patients back to nursing homes. Our governor was smarter than CovidCuomo. New York and democratic areas are probably fudging their @ss off too. Or they were just that incompetent.
