I went to every one of Daunte's home games and the away games on Tv (if lucky) and/or Radio coverage

He was fun to watch. He was a man against boys back then. I'd see him at knight out pub at times. He was always very quiet and humble back then.

Two things I remember about his playing days was his first 12 passes in his first game were completions and I thought he looked like Dan Marino out there. The second thing, I remember being in the stands for his final game of his junior year and chanting 1 MORE YEAR for him then he announced he was going to play one more year.

I had to be a vikings fan when he got drafted and that was tough thing to do. But, I followed his career since.

I'm a big fan. Glad you guys scored the interview.
