What a story! His 8.5 sacks trails nation's best, despite being unable to "wrap up" elusive quarterbacks. He had one of the most spectacular games by a UCF defensive player. The ESPN announcers certainly were agog.
UCF is tied for 7th in sacks with 28 (Alabama is #1 with 32). Also, tied for 7th in pass deflections (42).
We're 9th in 4th downs made (12) and 5th in number attempted (24).
UCF maintained its same rank in ESPN power rankings.
