I agree we need a change. Mostly because we will need new blood to energize recruiting and turn this ship around, but let's not forget the relevancy GOL has brought us. We are just short of a household name with high expectations.
Fact is, the best this team could be with good coaching is probably two wins. The team is decimated by early grads, injuries, sanctions and more. The big issue here isn't just this season but too many NGE to even be competitive next year. This is why we need change. However,Oleary deserves a good retirement and to go out the right way. I see people who were ready to build a statue calling for him to be fired. That is asinine. Nobody is happy about this. Boycotting games and flying banners is pretty classless and not helpful.
