Nice effort in this series, Knights! Heck of a job! 10-1 is an impressive record. Bring on the Gators! GO KNIGHTS!

Everybody is happy that we won the series, nobody is concerned that we lost a game?

Losing a game we could have won, while going 3 deep into our left handed relievers for the day and our DH 4 hitter going 0- for the series. I can live with that. Personally I disagreed with virtually every decision Terry made game 2 except for moving JV to the 8 hole. Playing matt (even against lefties) pulling Trent and not hitting for salberg in the 7th all went against conventional wisdom, which is a bit scary with this kind of team

Not in baseball against a ranked team and when you are ranked. Much like basketball, you are likely to lose a game here or there. And when you are ranked, all teams plan to put their best pitcher(s) against you. Winning the series against a ranked team is HUGE and unless that team turns out to be a flub by end of season (and you don't lay an egg yourself), will likely guarantee you a spot in the regionals.

I wouldn't be. We're likely to move up the rankings this week too.

Oh no we lost one game in a series against a ranked team. What I do want to see is a win against UF though.

Ranked #9 in D1Baseball poll and #13 in Baseball America

Just winning the series was huge for us, but now we have another huge week with a game against Florida tomorrow and a tough Columbia team this weekend (They split a 4 game series against ranked Houston).
