I agree, and I'm ask anti-political correctness as they come. Dole was United Fruit and exploited the place something fierce, got their kingdom overthrown, etc. Michener's Hawaii is a great read (but don't watch the movie). But Hawaii is used to every type of derision. It's diverse, but Japan owns a lot of its real estate as does (like Orlando) the Mormon Church -- they even have a branch of BYU there and also run the Polynesian tourism theme park. Portuguese sailors brought them Hawaiian donuts (no holes). American military are responsible for the popularity of (yuck!) Spam and macaroni salad there. Hawaii wasn't even settled by "natives" until 1300 years ago, who island hopped for thousands of years to get there -- hence the similar dances and culture.Doesn't it sound ethnically insensitive?
Frost hit it on the head. If you can have that many turnovers/fumbles in your first game and still take a B10 team to 2OT, the future is bright with him. Once he gets past those freshman mistakes (hopefully by conference play), I can see some special things happening with this team.

One of the problem with the internet is that everyone is an expert.
There's so much Johnny Manziel-isms in this kid's game, it's scary. That one TD pass to Aiken was Old School Johnny Caca. Hope he has a better head on his shoulders.
