On the other side of the ball UCF has a new coordinator on defense as well.

"(The players are) hard workers but we've got a long way to go," defensive coordinator Chuck Bresnahan said. "We've got a long way to go just to do the little things right, but I love the way they're attentive. I love the way they're into the practices, into the meetings. They are acting like true professionals about going through this when it's football. And they're doing a good job in the classroom obviously ... it's the culture of the program."
 
Oleary, like him or hate him has built a quality program up. His personality of not too high nor too low flows all thru it.
 
Like the Bear, Bryant had great success, by hiring and surrounding himself with the best he "could hire", and a culture of making good players great, OL has done this to a certain extent as well!
