I personally thought "The American" would do better than 2-6 in the bowls...a bit of a let down considering we would like to be thought of as the top of the group of others...AP

2-6 was not good, but we won the 2 biggest games on the list. A month from now UH beating FSU will still be news, 2-6 won't.

Mixed bag here. Bowl record not even .500 but two huge wins. Also, great regular seasons for many AAC teams.

Knight_classes: Can the American sustain this success? Better for UCF the the AAC to have the bottom half of the league continue to strengthen, with multiple teams in the top half getting big wins and rankings. Still, need to improve the bowl record to be taken more seriously. Thanks for weighing in! TT
