If we force it to him he won't shoot 80%. He is still way to raw offensively. We need ball movement right now to get him open close to basket or like most times he gets rebounds and putbacks. That was a great article.
He needs to get fed the ball on very possession he is in the game. Especially for these early "pick-up" games.

I rarely see him fight for position. Seems like he just floats from block to block.Getting him the ball also opens up outside shooters like Williams...as Tacko has already matched his assist total from last year (10).
Problem with the Penn game is that most of those guarding him were a foot shorter and without BJ and with AJ's struggles coming back from his injuries...Tacko went almost 18 mins in the 2nd half without ONE TOUCH of the ball...and that can't happen.
Tacko is improving his ability to fight for the low block (which he never had to do in HS in his "church" league), because if he gets the ball within 5 ft of the hoop...he is virtually unstoppable.
Tacko "should" touch the ball at least once on most of UCF's possessions...something Dawkins said they had to work on after the Penn loss.
