This miscalls by the refs have been really devastating

Ironically, Rucker is the shortest guy on either defense (5' 7"), so his helmet was coming in lower than their QB until he was knocked into Rucker's. Someone here ought to wish him well. He didn't deserve that freak concussion either.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this previously, but at the end of the game when we have it on the 2 or 3 and there was the play where Holman threw it in the stand, it was a non-called offsides by ecu, which is why no one moved and the pass was high. It almost looks as if the ecu guy hit our center who did the right thing and hiked the ball, but I guess the refs were watching some other game.

Is that your way of wishing him well?

Yeah...that was such a blatant blown call...it could have ended up costing UCF the game (i.e. had to settle for FG).

ECU Nose Guard just fell forward (couldn't get up) so the ball was snapped and Holman knew it was offsides (as did everyone but the refs) and throw it in the corner of the end zone on this "free" play.

I mentioned this just secs after the play happened in Dungeon Game Thread...as more than a few UCF fans didn't realize what the ECU player did and how the refs blew it sooooo badly.
