Houston fans were late to the party, to bad they had a really good coach. Hes already gone 10-0 Miami/USCe/USC who knows guy knows his players and system to a tee.
It's impressive especially with the injury to the offensive line. That will hurt them later in the year. Especially if they get past Navy news years 6 game they'll play bigger DL s and that'll expose them in the trenches but maybe a good coach could scheme to help his boys well see...
Drawback about the running qb system Meyer/Herman/other spread coaches alike
They always have injuries to the QB at seemingly the worst possible time/ but the system is tweaked in such away to get the most out of its players the 3 Rd string QB (who's really a wide receiver) went out there and beat Memphis.
Could Nick Patti ever lead us to 14 pts and a win lol...
I still think Navy beats Houston. They are a tough match up for everyone, and they eat clock, are extremely confident.
Memphis it's tough if you've never been the hunted sometimes it's to much pressure. The dream season is over. And technically they could still have a great season in terms of there history with only 2 losses.
Now they have Temple, both teams coming off losses.
Temple better take care of business and hope Cincy is the insurance plan because they're season could flip quickly, with USF rising up
Is Fuente still a hot coach now? Or has the sizzle simmered a bit?
Really puts our 2013 year into perspective and how tough it was to win 12 games, with a major bowl.
Oh yeah Baylor gets scored on again lol
