I really want to believe we’ve reached a new level in recruiting but we’ve been burned by the big P5 schools too many times to trust anything until it’s done. $ and offers of fame end up making a lot of decisions for these guys, especially if the bagmen can get to momma. Haven’t read through all the post so sorry if already mentioned but Walker said he was a silent commit to UCF 3 months ago. Also he is an early enrollee so we will get to see him in the Spring Game next year!!

I don’t think GOL drove many away (except a few that didn’t want to work hard or wanted sunshine blown up their butts) but he didn’t know how to hire good assistants......those are the guys doing the heavy lifting in recruiting. His guys were all 60 year olds, or guys that acted like 60 year olds.
