They'd have to prove they used the bag to test. In this day in age, that means an instagram or facebook post... and that post will likely be captioned: "Look I'm drunk as **** but this bag says I can drive"I can't imagine this is real. Tostitos would be opening themselves up to a huge liability when it doesn't work right or people use it improperly and they go out and get DUIs or kill people because the chip bag told them they were OK to drive.

I always wondered why UBER hasn't come up with very cheap (or give them away at bars) breathalyzers to let folks know when not to drive and to use UBER.
However - it probably isn't worth the money for them. Honestly, most people know when they are okay / not okay to drive - but people just say screw it and drive anyway.
