I saw this article (linked below) where a bunch of anonymous female employees leaving the Kelly Clarkson show reported they had to suffer in a 'toxic' work environment. Of course, they said it as they're saying good-bye to their jobs as the show moves from California to New York.

I barely know Kelly Clarkson or her show. But I could give a rat's behind if the behind-the-scenes work environment was....sob!.....stressful and hard. BoooHooo! Wouldn't it be nice if everyone could work in a fun, positive, stimulating and supportive environment? But if you find yourself in one that isn't, pardon me if I don't get out my crying towel for your sob story to Rolling Stone magazine. It's called "Welcome to the Real World, ladies."

Weren’t there similar stories that circulated around Ellen’s show as well ?
Yep. Damn, apparently there are some producers out in Hollywood who are really a-hole bosses.

Thank goodness, you don't see any a-hole bosses creating 'toxic environments' in any other businesses!*
