I dont even blame him for inflation, but that is such a stupid thing to say it's almost unfathomable.

Even more disturbing is the amount of people that blindly agree with these types of statements due simply to party affiliation - regardless of party ... Wish more people "identified" as Independent, and thought logically for themselves, deciding on policy/philosophy, not a party's position... but the masses are asses, and I know that is asking too much.

It really is bizarre. It's not like we don't have dozens of countries that have done this as examples to see what happens.

Those who are independent don't think more, or use more logic, they simply are afraid to take a side.
Yellow stripes run down the middle of the road.

Truth is most people lean left or right and are not locked in to either party. If you lean left, you will vote Dem more often than not because the party is left of center. That party happens to be run by the far left extremist. If you are conservative you will vote Rep more often because it is the party that is right of center. The party is run by the far right extremist.

Take sides on individual policies, not parties... That's the problem with many people... They rely on what Maddow or Hannity thinks about a topic, or what a party's stance is before taking their own... Following a party blindly is dangerous and not smart.

Not real sure why this is surprising. I dont watch the daily show as much now as I used to, but the show has never been afraid to go after both sides.
Trevor doesn't go after the left remotely as much as his precedessor. But he's starting to change ... slowly but surely.
