I am writing a story about that now. It came to my attention Trump may have sent Millions to Puerto Rico Before the election..It may be why the vote went his way Latino...But let me check sources. This is almost like Biden son story...This is not verified.

Texas is easier to explain....Petroleum accounts for most Hispanic jobs. Biden blew question on Frack and Petro.....Arizona turned Blue because the campaign Focused on loss there after2016. A Mexican Campain manager has worked it for 4 years. The same manager who helped in New Mexico..That guy needs to work on Texas next.
