Silencing stories is 100% legal in the United States. However this is a campaign expense and should have been paid out of campaign funds. This is essentially a campaign donation that is far over the legal limit.

I know red hats will yawn this away but it's a campaign finance crime any way you look at it. Same thing John Edwards was arrested for.

Also this payment bought up a story that included an alleged abortion. Trump couldn't possibly be a baby killer? Could he?

(translation: I have no way to defend this latest in an incredibly long list of transgressions by Trump, and if the tables were turned and obama did this I would be absolutely losing my shit, so I will just post a yawn because I am incapable of thinking for myself)

Uh no. Edwards was arrested for actuslly using campaign funds. You just said this was not using campaign funds.

But this will surely be enough for the lunatics in the House to scream for impeachment. Go for it.

Wrong. Wealthy donors made Edwards payment.

You can read all about it on the internet with a quick google. Edwards mistress was paid directly by donors which were treated as campaign donations.

How about that baby murdering president. I bet Obama never murdered a baby. I know that bothers you so I'm sure you'll be quick to condemn this act.

Obama was for abortion on demand. Thanks to Trump and Kavanaugh, we are inching closer to ending the modern holocaust and curbing abortion greatly. If Trump paid for that in his private life it’s a disgusting, yet he’s now enabling the future SC to rule against it.

When a company or individual makes a payment on behalf of a campaign then that payment is considered a campaign contribution.

This payment is abouuuuuuuut $147,300 too large to be legal. The fact that it was coordinated by Trump makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
 


All of these threads filled to the brim with evidence of Trump crimes have gotten awfully quiet compared to the threads that just had allegations of Trump crimes.

To be fair though, the real action is in the favorite leftie socialist thread. Bashing this new congresswoman is much more fun than 'yawning' over yet another documented instance of criminality by our current President.
 
I have seen 0 documented evidence of any crime by Trump. Paying hush money is not a crime, and if it is, Senators and Congressman have used 17 mil of taxpayer money to do the same.

The President's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, who's going to jail for 3 years for offenses that included paying hush-money to women for their silence during the 2016 election, will be thrilled to hear that.

This has been documented ad nauseam.

It's a campaign expense. Having Pecker pay for it was an illegal campaign contribution.
