Wonder how Pence comes out of all of this. Word is that he was furious at Trump yesterday, citing that he had done everything for him. And apparently it was Pence who had to order the National Guard in, since Trump did absolutely nothing.

Pence was a national hero yesterday. Nothing short of it, and he deserves that recognition. He stopped the crazy from gaining momentum and left Trump on an island by himself. He followed the law when it didn’t serve his personal interests.

I wish dems would actually step back and look at this. 3 months ago he was the devil incarnate because of his association with Trump and a fly landing on his head. Barr was a Trump lackey, just like his predecessor except both took Trump on directly. All of these men have done their jobs as we should expect, but they have been trashed and villianized unfairly by the left simply because of Trump. Maybe they were actually doing the right thing all along, but the TDS blinders kept you from seeing it.

Pence did a wonderful job heading the COVID task force. I know many on the left and right who commended him and said he handled those press conferences with aplomb. Much better than the bleach injection innuendo from Donald.

I'm not going to shower him with kudos, but he's done a fine job. It just pisses me off how much he's been attacked for no reason other than he's Trumps VP.
