Bush only had 4% when he dropped out. Cruz has dropped slightly but not enough to have benefitted Trump by 5%. So it looks like the Don took some of Bush's jilted voters.
If the Don takes all of Cruz's supporters, he is over 50% and cannot be blocked.
If you transfer all of Kasich's support to Rubio, he still doesn't top the Don.
And two polls out from reputable sources (read not Zogby et al) have Don beating both Dem candidates which isn't hard to believe since both Dems are very weak.
