Have a coach hired by Dec 1st. Just like Hitt had White picked out all along but had to go through the search process I feel White most likely already has his guy picked out but needs to go through the process.
The coach he has in mind already knows and has already put his feelers out for putting together his staff.
The first two weeks of December are huge in recruiting especially in trying to land some immediately help for next year. The first kids the coach needs to call are the junior college kids that graduate in December and can be here on campus for the spring, especially a QB like Riley Ferguson or Jerod Evans who are arguably the top two QB's this year in junior college. Both are very signable in my opinion.

Riley who goes to Coffeyville CC has 3 or 4 other studs on his team that would make great additions to step in and upgrade our talent at their respective positions. Jamarcus King is a 4 star CB who could help immediately.

I think our O-line, D-line(pass rushers) and secondary could really benefit by finding quality junior college help.
I'm not sure what the rules are regarding recruiting by the head coach but he needs to be able to try and get some December grad JC kids called on day one and get them to visit in the first two weeks of December. It may be too little too late but it should be a top priority.
