Two tickets to Cabana for Furman game

I have a friend asking for a price for my two tickets to the Cabana and D1 parking pass next week. (I have to be in Boca for stinkin' FAU parent's weekend.) What is an appropriate price? I know we're not exactly riding a high right now, but I don't want to get in trouble for undercutting the market.
