Dylan Karell won't play his senior season at UCF. The 6-foot-11, 240-pound junior forward is seeking plans to transfer, a source confirmed to UCFSports.com over the weekend.
Mostly a reserve in his three years in Orlando, Karell did start in 10 games the past two seasons. In 2014-15, he averaged 1.1 points and 1.5 rebounds in 9.8 minutes played.
Due to NCAA limitations, UCF has played well under the scholarship limit the past few years but will finally play with a full roster of 13 players in 2015-16 with the additions of the four incoming recruits: Chad Brown, Chance McSpadden, Tacko Fall and Tanksley Efianayi.
