UCF certifies students as 'Inclusion Champions'

Do you need a safespace? I'm sorry that this triggered you. Don't worry you are a special snowflake to me.

You're hilarious. You act like such a prick when it comes to demeaning anything that is not engineering, yet don't blink an eye when our university is actually pushing classes dealing with these absurd SJW causes. Up to and including designating students as "Safe Space Advocates".

They're not "inclusion Champions," they didn't even make the inclusion playoffs. The practice of competition is exclusionary and triggering, so there can't ever really be a champion.

Further, in a safe space there are no testicles or vaginas, just asexual blobs and cotton candy. Thus, they are all equally adolescent and no one can be above the others. It's like a Marxist revolution, if it was held in an episode of teletubbies.

I like it. I hope people put that crap on their resume' so I know not to hire them. It's like an early warning system.

I saw a girl at my office the other day with 'resist' and femin-fist stickers on her car. Wondered how she got through interview process.

So? It's an elective course series. It isn't mandatory. Plus, this program is over 2 years old, it isn't new. I'm not sure why there's an issue.

It's a stupid waste of money. The snowflakes taking these courses and paying upwards of $1k for them will be the first ones complaining after college about student loan debt and not getting a job. Universities need to prepare kids for reality not coddle them with all this cry baby utopian BS.

The courses are free to students and faculty

Where does it say that? It's actually 15 hours not 6. Waste an entire semester on useless garbage. Even if the classes are free, the living expenses for a semester are not.

It should be more appropriately named..."White Males Suck."
When they start teaching how anyone affluent is 'privileged,' then I'll listen.

E.g., does an affluent minority really speak for non-affluent minorities? What about white people for white trash?

If you think that's just politicking and faux non-sense, understand the community where the Obama Library is planned is dealing with this right now.

A lot of African-Americans are starting to question a lot of things.

That's not for me to say, as I'm not an African-American, but this "he's black (so you must support him)" and "she's a woman (so you must support her)," is not flying very far for President Obama and Senator/Secretary Clinton, much more.

As it shouldn't, as I wouldn't always support for an Irish-American person because I'm largely Irish-American or a man because I'm a man.

I'm actually glad to see this, and it would be nice for Academia to "catch up" to reality.

The issue is, the people with this training are going to be the first ones to sue their employer when they perceive something wrong. Guaranteed.

They might as well wear a shirt that says DO NOT HIRE if they put this on their resume'.
